Overview

The Aero Commander is a propeller aircraft manufactured by Rockwell. It flies at speeds from 60 to 150 knots and can carry up to 7 passengers, depending on the instrument configuration inside the aircraft. It has a maximum flight duration of about 6 hours and can reach up to 18,000 ft in altitude. The Aero Commander is mainly used for aerial surveys, taking high-resolution aerial photographs, and collecting soil moisture and snow water measurements.
